What You’ll do
Are you a meticulous planner with a knack for optimizing schedules and ensuring seamless project execution? Join our dynamic team as a C&FA Planner, where you will be at the heart of our project portfolio, driving efficiency and transparency across our C&FA teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Identify and implement standardization opportunities within onshore maintenance strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for C&FA, ensuring efficient workflow across the P&S team
  • Work with C&FA engineers to optimize the annual planning cycle, targeting stakeholder reviews and baseline establishment by Q3.
  • Maintain accurate PowerBI reports in coordination with scheduling and IAP teams.
  • Create and manage SAP work orders, including planning and purchase order generation
  • Perform P6 maintenance tasks, including baseline assignments, data date changes, and backups.
  • Generate summary reports for Construction Contractors and site teams, detailing upcoming tasks and readiness for key activities.
  • Provide data and insights for contractor performance reviews, focusing on progress and adherence to baseline schedules.

What You’ll Bring
  • Tertiary and/or relevant work/industry experience in a technical area.
  • Trade Certificate Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance business processes with strong working knowledge of CMMS (SAP).
  • Extensive understanding of scheduling processes and methodologies.
  • Proven skills in data analysis and insight-driven reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with high initiative and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Critical experience using Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Critical experience working with SAP for planning, scheduling, and work order management.
