What you’ll do:
You will play a key role in supporting Area Team Leaders, Operator Maintainers, Mechanical Fitters and Instrument Electrical Technicians to focus on core tasks and drive production delivery. This role also offers a great opportunity to develop Operator skills for future career growth. 

This position is a 2:2 FIFO role in the Cooper Basin. Point of hire for this role can either be Brisbane or Adelaide.
  
Key accountabilities include:  
  • Support schedule compliance and execution.
  • EHS toolbox management. 
  • Support Operations Management.
  • Coordination of Audits and Inspections.
  • Parts and Technical Documentation Management support, including but not limited to:
    • 2 weekly execution schedule review.
    • Materials staging (including return to stores).
    • Bill Of Materials, Preventative Maintenance and Work Instructions updates.
  • Support implementation of Operations Excellence Standards
  • Shift log and Handover management.
  • Support Area Team Leaders with Competency Based Training compliance management.
  • Assist field resources with computerised systems familiarisation and effective use as required. 
  
What you’ll bring:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to provide essential support to our field teams and leadership. Proficiency in SAP is highly valued, and strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience will be advantageous.

Above all, we're seeking someone with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take direction and work independently. A high level of initiative and the ability to stay organised in a dynamic environment are key to success in this role

Additional Desired Experience and Qualifications:
  • Familiar with MyPlant, specifically initiating and processing transmittals.
  • Familiar with Permit to Work processes & equipment isolations (lock out, tag out).
  • Previous history working FIFO Roster.
  • Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
