About the Role
Join our Training Delivery team and drive meaningful learning outcomes across Santos as our LMS Systems and Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will provide expert support and technical advocacy for our SuccessFactors LMS, partnering with internal teams and our contracting population to optimise learning delivery. You will champion an improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance how we deploy and record learning through effective delivery methods. Working within our company values and regulatory framework, you will scope and deliver improvement projects that strengthen our learning capabilities and support organisational success.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Facilitating and continuously improving provision of service of Learning Management System to the business
  • Onboarding new team members, externals who require LMS Admin access, instructors to LMS system.
  • Implement systems governance rules to ensure proper use of the LMS
  • Leading risk mitigation and triage, as necessary, for SuccessFactors LMS
  • Working with TCS to ensure all issues with LMS access or service are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintaining highly collaborative relationships with key stakeholders globally to ensure accuracy of SuccessFactors LMS data and configurations
  • Supporting the education process for peers and broader Santos community to increase capability in managing SuccessFactors LMS administration
  • Contributing to the improvement planning and implementation of systems improvement projects in the LMS
  • Ensuring data integrity through ongoing audit activities
  • Participating in People Systems projects to ensure that LMS considerations are identified, acknowledged and we have a tested plan in place to implement changes. 

About You
We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused professional with proven experience in administering a Learning Management System to join our team. You’ll bring strong hands-on systems administration experience with SuccessFactors LMS or other similar LMS – along with strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and project management skills as well as a passion for improving business processes. You’re comfortable consolidating information to clearly define issues, scope opportunities, and translate them into meaningful improvement initiatives. 

Strong capability across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential, as is a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Experience or an understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based operations is highly regarded as is your ability and enthusiasm to teach, support, and educate users on LMS platforms and related systems and processes. Experience developing or working with LMS/systems governance is highly regarded.

This role will be offered as a 12-month maternity leave cover.
