What you’ll do:
Based in Brisbane, this role will provide operational coordination, logistics, scheduling and administrative support to the Cultural Heritage function for GLNG.

This role requires exceptional administrative and prioritisation skills to enable the effective planning, coordination, tracking and delivery or cultural heritage activities.

Internally, this role will be titled Cultural Heritage Coordinator.

Key accountabilities include:  
  • Coordinate the planning and scheduling of Cultural Heritage field approvals and assessments in alignment with operational and project programs.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, trackers and reporting to provide visibility of Cultural Heritage activities and constraints.
  • Liaise with internal Santos stakeholders to support effective coordination and delivery of Cultural Heritage requirements.
  • Support team performance through workload coordination, onboarding support and adherence to agreed standards and procedures.
  • Escalate matters requiring Aboriginal engagement, negotiation or agreement management to the Team Leader or authorised personnel.
  • Support the team in ensuring the safety of the Cultural Heritage team, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Encourage and maintain workplace standards aligned with Santos values.

  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, scheduling or operational coordination roles, preferably within resources, infrastructure or field-based environments.
  • Experience supporting field operations with complex scheduling, mobilisation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing records, trackers, reporting and cost control in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of cultural heritage and/or land access processes in an operational delivery context.
  • Sound understanding or a genuine interest and eagerness to learn in the history and culture of aboriginal communities.
