About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and coordination to the maintenance field Team Leaders to execute preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and project deliverables. 
The role enables continuous improvement and successful execution of planned maintenance activities within the Centralised Maintenance Team.

This position operates on a 2:2 FIFO roster, with Brisbane Airport as the point of hire. 

Key accountabilities include:  
  • Corrective Maintenance work order reviews to confirm, scope, resources & materials before work order release.
  • Drive schedule compliance within the team and participate in area schedule reviews and feedback changes
  • Facilitate/Chair monthly Integrated Working Team sessions with key contractors 
  • Coordinate reviews and updates of key operating procedures
  • Maintain/update team KPI Dashboard
  • Liaise with training providers to align training with roster with minimal impact to operations 
  • Liaise with technical engineering, project engineering and planning and scheduling teams to challenge and maintain workpack quality
About You
Your prior experience in a similar role, FIFO, within the oil and gas industry is required, along with a committed focus to health and safety. This position requires a commitment to compliance with company policies and industry standards, extensive knowledge of quantifying and assessing risk and developing risk mitigation strategies. 
Ideally, you will have Rotating Equipment / Reciprocating Engines and Compressor experience as well as a Trade certificate (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
