What you’ll do:
This role will support the safe, efficient, and reliable operations of the GLNG facility by overseeing all scheduled maintenance for contractors performing routine and ad hoc work. You will support break-in activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and providing backup to the Campaign Maintenance Supervisor when required. 

This position is a 7 on / 7 off, days only roster on Curtis Island
  
Key accountabilities include:  
  • Ensure contractor compliance with EHS standards and behaviours.
  • Drive implementation of EHSMS programs and manage EHS risks.
  • Promote risk awareness among contractors and employees. 
  • Coach team to improve EHS performance and effectiveness.
  • Lead Contractor Maintenance team to deliver on GLNG operations strategy. 
  • Develop team capabilities to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and processes. Lead change initiatives to improve performance and transitions. 
  • Oversee contractor workforce planning and resource execution. 

  
What you’ll bring:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in hydrocarbon facility operations or maintenance. Your proven management of teams in a shift work environment and substantial Permit to Work, Equipment Isolation and JHA experience is key, along with:
  • Experience in maintenance shut down activities or project work.
  • Extensive industry experience in Oil and Gas or petrochemical. 
  • Mech or Electrical Trade / Engineering qualification background.
  • Hydrocarbon Facility Operations and/or Maintenance experience. 
  • Supervision of a multi skilled workforce in a shift work environment. 
  • Ability to obtain a MSIC Security card (Federal police clearance required).

Additional Desired Qualifications: 
  • ConocoPhillips cascade LNG Plant experience.
  • Hands on leading teams/campaigns or Capex projects experience.
