What you’ll do:
Based in Adelaide, a vacancy has arisen for a Master Data Officer. This position plays a significant role in supporting operations by ensuring data integrity in SAP S4 Hana Material and Vendor Master. 

You will be responsible in leading master data improvement initiatives that aligns with company values. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • Deliver standards, objectives and plans in area of expertise. 
  • Review and action master data requests that meets internal stakeholders’ requirements. 
  • Maintain master data integrity in SAP and ensure processes support data quality. 
  • Identify areas for improvement, with data quality and resolve data quality issues through appropriate processes. 
  • Manage and improve data governance, data quality and master data practices. 
  • Support supply chain initiatives that focus on minimising working capital and supply chain costs. 
  • Ensure and support the delivery of integrated supply chain solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Assist the broader supply chain team to ensure supplier performance aligns with costs, delivery, and quality targets. 
  • Conduct data cleaning activities that ensure the removal of unused/duplicate data that enables improved supply chain performance 
  • Adhere to the Santos Management System (SMS), Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Corporate Governance and Safety standards.

What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain role, including Scheduling, Planning, Contracts, Purchasing, and Logistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and data management skills
  • Tertiary qualified in relevant field (Business, IS, Law, Engineering, Commerce) or relevant related work in field. 
Desirable experience 
  • SAP OR ERP Supply Chain Management
  • Purchasing to pay platforms (Coupa, Ariba)
