  • Maintaining sound document records within the Pipelines intranet Team Site.

What you’ll bring:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate with a strong background in pipeline maintenance. Your excellent communication skills and proactive attitude are key along with your keen ability to take ownership for delivering outcomes and driving positive change. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Ability to coordinate and execute multiple maintenance activities while managing competing priorities for various stakeholders
  • Proactive, flexible and keen for action – ready to adapt to unforeseen disruptions and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong computer-based Microsoft Office skills for utilising spreadsheets, reports.
  • Strong scheduling capability and effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to generate clear reports and share knowledge across teams
  • Experience in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and scheduling software, such as SAP and Prometheus
  • Ability to review, interpret and communicate technical documentation, including Australian and International Standards, Government Acts and internal Santos policies and procedures
  • Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment, respecting diverse viewpoints and building productive working relationships
Ideally, you will have a tertiary (trade) qualification or certificate, and/or petroleum industry experience. Additional post-secondary qualifications in project management are highly regarded.
