What You’ll do
Be the driving force behind world-class Facilities integrity.
We’re on a mission to become the safest, lowest-cost, and most reliable operator by 2040. To get there, we’re looking for a Principal Facilities Integrity Engineer to lead the charge in transforming our integrity management capabilities—delivering safer operations, reducing costs, and setting new benchmarks in performance.

Your Mission as our technical subject matter expert in Facilities integrity, you’ll lead the development and implementation of best-in-class processes, tools, and governance & assurance frameworks. Your work will directly impact our journey to top-quartile asset integrity and process safety performance within the next 2–3 years.

What You’ll Be Accountable For
Identifying and closing gaps in current plant integrity processes from planning to execution.
Supporting the operationalisation of integrity management tools and systems to digitise and automate workflows and data management.
Leading high-impact incident investigations and driving continuous improvement.
Defining and tracking KPIs to enhance visibility and governance of integrity performance.
Chairing the Facilities Integrity Community of Practice to foster collaboration and learning.
Developing training, competency frameworks, and technical standards.
Supporting global asset strategy development and integrity baselining audits.
Providing expert guidance to business units on integrity improvement plans and initiatives.

 What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience of leadership in plant integrity management, with end-to-end experience.
Expertise in RBI, fitness-for-service assessments, maintenance, and investigations.
Significant technical experience in operations and integrity engineering.
Strong background in assurance, governance, and risk-based maintenance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree in Engineering (essential).
