  • Perform environmental checks and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure safe work systems and permit scopes, compliant with GLNG Safety Case.
  • Develop and maintain daily shift and end of week handovers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety critical roles.

  • Manage rosters, oversee performance, and supervise projects.
  • Ensure process and equipment availability aligned with schedules and shutdowns.
  • Maintain compliance with training, audits, actions, and investigations.

What you’ll bring:
To be suitable for this role, you will have substantial leadership experience within Power Generation, Chemical, or Hydrocarbon processing industries, strong understanding of operations and maintenance business processes, and experience leading and coordinating operational and maintenance work activities, as well as:

  • Extensive tenure in gas processing industry with specific experience in industrial plant operations.
  • Experience in commissioning & start-up is highly regarded.
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in relevant field.
  • Qualifications in Frontline Leadership would be valuable.

What you’ll get:
Here, you’ll be amongst high-calibre people and get to work on industry-leading projects. We don’t shy away from solving tough problems at pace. We like it that way. You can expect to be challenged and supported; to learn and grow.
