To make it happen, we work as One Team and ask ourselves, “How can we?” (Even when others say, “We can’t.”)
We’re proud of our history as pioneers, problem-solvers, and pragmatists. And as we strive to achieve our Vision2040, we’ve got our sights set on a culture that is focussed and disciplined to drive value, and entrepreneurial and energised to leave a positive legacy.

  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favourable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Manage variations, claims, and disputes. Liaise with related leadership team, and key stakeholders to manage company post contract award risks.
  • Challenge the status quo with a strategic mindset and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop cost effective ways for delivering the scope for these categories.
  • Apply expertise and deliver plans that align with the company’s strategy.
  • Adapt to change and have a performance mindset to achieve the desired outcomes of the culture.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with organisational policies, donor requirements, ethical standards, and anti-corruption principles.

What you’ll bring:
  • Significant experience in procurement specialising in category procurement of managing multi-year call-off style contracts
  • Previous experience in oil and gas, mining or similar industry.
  • Senior experience and expertise in Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
